Delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.

Orders are prepared and shipped through a shipping center. I receive the tracking number only 1 week after sending the information to the shipping center.

VAT and customs fees:

If your package is destined for Europe, you'll have to pay VAT and customs fees for your order. You will be asked to pay these during delivery or when the parcel arrives.

Unfortunately, it's not possible for me to deduct VAT at the time of ordering. In any case, it involves so many fees and costs that I would have to increase the price of the products, which would not be advantageous for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.



Packages lost or held by your customs agency:

Please be advised that we will not be held responsible for any problems resulting from your local customs office. If you are charged customs fees, these must be paid by you. No refunds will be given for any items that are seized by your local customs office (this has never happened before).

Furthermore, we will not be responsible for lost packages. It is the customer who assumes the risk. My responsibility is to receive your order, produce the shipping label with the address you provide and take the package to the post office. After that, unfortunately, what happens is out of my control.

Please contact us if you have not received your parcel within a reasonable time. It takes 6 weeks from the shipping date.

Refunds :

To receive a refund, I must have the unopened bottles in my possession. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the order. In this case, please send me an e-mail so that I can provide you with the return address. When I receive the order in my possession, I will proceed with a refund, less shipping costs.

Out of stock
In the unlikely event that an item in your order is not available for immediate delivery, you will have the choice of either waiting until all items are available for delivery, or having the out-of-stock item(s) removed from the order and a refund issued for that item(s).
